Compensation: Base Salary plus Commission & Bonus ($50,000 - $80,000 annually) Responsibilities Prospecting for new client opportunities through calling leads, outside marketing, networking, obtaining referrals, and other targeted lists, etc. Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed. Schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services while providing prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Use a customer‑focused, needs‑based review process to educate customers about their insurance and financial services options and put them on a path to meet their long‑term goals. Use exemplary communication skills to efficiently meet the needs of customers while promoting the development of our business. Requirements Must have a minimum of 2 years of State Farm Insurance experience MUST be fully licensed (Property/Casualty and Life/Health) Dedicated to customer service Sales experience preferred (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) Self‑motivated Able to achieve mutually agreed upon marketing goals Interested in marketing products and services based on customer needs Training Program Includes Job shadowing and training with experienced representatives Product knowledge & sales training courses Developing sales skills to market insurance products Setting sales and growth goalsWorking closely with the agent and management to gain an understanding of the agent’s role and office logistics Additional Benefits Uncapped commission opportunity Monthly bonus opportunities Paid time off (vacation and personal/sick days) Health benefits Employee retirement plan with matching Travel promotion opportunity Growth potential/Opportunity for advancement within my office If you are motivated to succeed and can see yourself in this role, please complete our application.
