Position: Part-Time Learning Specialist Fall 2026 Start Date: ASAP Location: Miami-Dade (in-person) Schedule: Morning or Afternoon by the hour Reports to: Instructional Specialist Compensation: $25 p/hour Growth: Opportunity for growth within the organization The Lucy Project is seeking a qualified part-time Learning Specialist who is deeply committed to advancing literacy and fostering meaningful educational outcomes for the children we serve. Implement tailored lesson plans to improve reading, writing, and spelling skills. Deliver small-group sessions that foster confidence and mastery in literacy. Track student progress and share regular updates with parents and team members. Collaborate with the team and assist with additional tasks as needed. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in education, speech therapy, occupational therapy, psychology, social work, or a related field.
