Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Paramedic role located in Eureka Springs, AR. The Paramedic will provide high-quality emergency medical care, including stabilization, and treatment in accordance with established protocols. Daily responsibilities include documenting patient care accurately, and communicating effectively with hospital staff, patients, and families. The role also involves participating in ongoing training, following safety and infection control procedures, and supporting quality improvement initiatives to ensure consistent, evidence-based care. Qualifications Current Paramedic certification/license in the state of Arkansas and completion of an accredited Paramedic program. Demonstrated proficiency in emergency patient assessment, advanced life support interventions, and use of equipment. Strong communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients, families, and clinical staff. Ability to work in high-pressure situations, prioritize tasks, and make sound clinical decisions in dynamic environments. Knowledge of EMTALA, HIPAA, infection control standards, and relevant state and local regulations. Willingness to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as needed for patient care coverage. CPR, ACLS, and PALS or equivalent certifications #J-18808-Ljbffr
