Work with various Corporate cross functional groups to provide product, customer, and dealer feedback. Achieve the sales forecast and gross margin targets, for the assigned region. Create and execute a sales plan that achieves the sales forecast. Perform sales planning and sales analysis using CRM tools and other standard processes. Manage and execute processes to maintain pricing, gross margin, and customer payments. Job Requirements: High school diploma required; advanced education preferred 5 years of previous aftermarket experience is required. Experience in the automotive industry is required. Excellent communications skills are required. Understanding of difference and the effect on life cycle cost is preferred. Working knowledge of dealer and customer business practices.
