Insurance Coverage Litigation Attorney

Join MGC's Insurance Coverage Litigation Team in Atlanta, GA! We are seeking a partner‑level attorney to join our Insurance Coverage Litigation team. Hybrid options will be considered after training/integration with the team, but you must reside in close proximity to our office to come in on occasion. Ideal candidates will have 12+ years of practice experience in insurance coverage and/or general litigation, and must be licensed to practice in Georgia. Identify pleading requirements and delegate tasks to paralegals as needed. Prepare discovery responses and manage document production. Attend depositions, hearings, and other discovery events, providing thorough reports. Negotiate settlements, secure authority, and prepare for trial as necessary. Maintain regular communication with paralegals and legal assistants.
