Administrative Assistant Responsibilities may include: Answering phone calls and responding to emails Scheduling meetings, interviews, and appointments Organizing electronic and paper records Assisting with employee onboarding and personnel files Communicating with caregivers, clients, guardians, and case managers Supporting documentation, compliance, and general office operations Completing data entry and other assigned administrative duties Minimum education required: High school diploma or G.E.D Minimum experience required: Previous administrative experience is preferred. Experience with healthcare, home care, human services, or Minnesota 245D services is a plus.
