The Production/QC Manager located in Rock Hill, South Carolina is a key position for manufacturing

and Quality Control of textile test materials and test instruments.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Manage 5-10 production and shipping staff

• Create and maintain the production schedule

• Purchasing of raw materials

• Schedule and monitor sub contractors

• Manage the quality control system for production

• Oversee and assist with large consolidated shipments

• Maintain MRP system (BoM, Work Orders, etc)

Education/Experience Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required

• Three to five years' experience in production processes

• Textile production, dyeing, or finishing experience is highly desirable

• Contacts within textile industry companies is very helpful

Competencies

• Strong orginazational skills a must

• Attention to detail is second nature

• Leadership by example

• Capable to multi-task in a lean office environment

• Proficient in Microsoft Office

Salary to be commensurate with experience and qualifications.
