Seeking a hands-on Commercial Maintenance Technician to handle the day-to-day maintenance and repair needs of multiple commercial properties throughout North and Central New Jersey .
Responsibilities:
- Perform general building maintenance and repairs
- Handle basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and related maintenance issues
- Troubleshoot and resolve building and equipment problems
- Conduct routine property inspections and preventative maintenance
- Coordinate with outside vendors and contractors when needed
- Respond to maintenance requests and emergency issues
- Maintain common areas, building systems, and property grounds
- Travel between multiple properties as needed
Qualifications:
- Prior commercial building maintenance experience preferred
- Strong hands-on repair and troubleshooting skills
- Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general building systems
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities across multiple properties
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
