Financial Analyst

Kforce's client, a growing organization located in the Saint Louis, MO area is seeking a high-impact Financial Analyst to serve as a key business partner to operations and leadership. This role offers strong exposure to FP&A, financial modeling, and strategic decision support in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. This client offers salary, benefits, and excellent company culture. The position will be on a hybrid schedule for training period. Duties:
- Financial Analyst will own monthly close support, variance analysis, and management reporting
- Lead forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning
- Partner with operations to identify cost savings, improve profitability, and drive efficiencies
- Support capital planning and investment analysis
- As a Financial Analyst, you will collaborate with accounting to analyze financial results and drive process improvements
- Assist with contract analysis and negotiations (customers, vendors, labor)
- Champion standardization, benchmarking, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
- 2+ years of relevant finance/FP&A experience (more is a plus)
- Experience in a manufacturing, operations, or industrial environment preferred
- Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills, required
- Excellent communication and business partnering capabilities
- Proven ability to analyze data and translate insights into action
- Ability to travel 2 to 3 days a month to visit locations
- High visibility and direct interaction with senior leadership
