About the Role
Headwaters Financial is hiring an Insurance Sales Agent/SalesRepresentative to help individuals, families, and businesses protect what matters most. You'll build your own book of business through consultative selling — uncovering client needs, recommending the right coverage, and earning residual income that compounds over time.
This is a performance-driven role with uncapped earning potential, ideal for someone who's competitive, relationship-driven, and ready to own their results.
What You'll Do
- Conduct assessments to understand each client's financial protection goals
- Generate new business through referrals, networking, and outbound outreach
- Recommend and present the right insurance products
- Guide clients through application, underwriting, and policy issuance
- Maintain long-term relationships through follow-ups and policy reviews
What We're Looking For
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Able to explain complex products in simple terms
- Organized, with strong follow-up and time management
- Willing to obtain an insurance license (or already licensed)
- Sales experience a plus — full training provided
Nice to Have
- Background in insurance, financial services, or consultative sales
- Active insurance license
- Track record in commission-based or quota-driven roles
