Moments Hospice
Moments Hospice is seeking a Music Therapist to lead therapy sessions, alleviate symptoms, and collaborate with the clinical team to tailor interventions for terminally ill patients. You will document care promptly and uphold HIPAA standards in a supportive hospice setting. Eligible candidates hold CBMT certification, demonstrate instrument proficiency, and communicate effectively with patients, families, and staff.
