HiFyve is hiring a Logistics Lead in the Manufacturing industry based in either Burlington, Washington or Fort Mill, SC!
Salary: $90K - $115K/year
Shift/Schedule: Days | Hybrid (1 to 2 days onsite per week)

- Burlington, WA
Position Overview
The Logistics Lead will oversee domestic and international transportation operations supporting a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is highly operational and hands-on, responsible for shipment execution, carrier management, import coordination, and logistics issue resolution to ensure uninterrupted material flow.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound freight operations
- Coordinate carriers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and 3PL providers
- Monitor shipment activity and resolve transportation issues
- Support import operations including shipment visibility, documentation review, and customs clearance coordination
- Partner with manufacturing, supply chain, and procurement teams to ensure on-time material delivery
- Drive logistics performance, service, and cost improvements
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- 5+ years of logistics, transportation, or supply chain experience in manufacturing, industrial, or distribution environments
- Current or recent Logistics Lead, Logistics Manager, Transportation Manager, or similar experience
- Strong shipper-side experience managing carriers and freight providers
- Hands-on experience with FTL, LTL, routing, freight execution, and vendor management
- Experience supporting import operations and customs clearance processes preferred
- Familiarity with CBP processes, ACE visibility, or broker coordination is a plus
