As we are expanding, we are seeking a motivated ProjectManager to join us in taking Ready Roofer to the next level.

Position Overview:

The ProjectManager will assist in managing residential and commercial roofing projects from start to finish while being onsite.
This role will coordinate all aspects of projects including materials, subcontractor crews, timelines and will communicate with the Project Manager accordingly. The Project Manager will also provide assistance with lead generation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Actively inspect and manage all work on the project.

• Communicate any issues to the Sales Associate or Sales Manager.

• Oversee roofing crews and subcontractors.

• Monitor job progress daily to ensure timelines and quality standards are met.

• Ensure jobsites are clean and all debris is properly disposed of at the end of project.
  

Required and Desired Skills:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Knowledge of roofing processes and safety guidelines.

• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.

Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.

• 1+ year of experience in construction.
