Our internal team is growing and we are adding an additional Business Development Manager. The ideal candidate would be goal-driven, a team player, that is motivated by performance and income potential as this is a Salary+Commission role. Responsibilities: Connect with local businesses- Prospect and develop new business through cold calling, networking, referrals, and client visits. Make Friends- Build relationships with business owners and hiring managers. Business Coaching- Identify workforce needs and provide staffing solutions. Stay competitive- Meet sales goals and maintain consistent follow-up. Team Work- Work closely with our recruiting team to deliver exceptional service.
