What You’ll Do Prepare quality food for our guests to Islands’ recipes, builds and presentation standards. Maintain clean, safe and organized storage and work areas and assist with stocking and rotating product to ensure freshness. Operate and maintain all kitchen equipment and follow proper safety and sanitation procedures. Participate in Islands Culture of Respect that promotes inclusion among all employees.
