Step into a dynamic OT contract where no two days look the same. You'll split your time between two welcoming Indiana communities, bringing high-impact care to both outpatient and inpatient settings.In this role, you'll treat a mixed caseload: a bit of peds, adult neuro, adult ortho, and inpatient at critical access hospitals. Expect around 10 visits per day, with focused, meaningful sessions rather than a rushed assembly line. You'll enjoy a steady weekday schedule of 5x8 day shifts, totaling 40 hours per week over a 13-week assignment.Your week is structured and predictable: inpatient at the Elwood critical access hospital on Mondays and Wednesdays, then inpatient in Winchester on Tuesdays and Thursdays, with outpatient work wrapped around your acute responsibilities. It's a true generalist role, perfect for an OT who likes variety and wants to keep multiple skill sets sharp.Winchester offers small-town charm with a historic downtown, local diners, and unique attractions like the famous Winchester Speedway and community parks.
