Job Title: Respiratory Therapist Profession: RRT Specialty: Respiratory Therapy Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum of 2 years License: NH Respiratory License Certifications: CRT or RRT through NBRC, ACLS, NRP Must-Have: Ability to multitask Professional patient interaction Description: Responsibilities include providing respiratory care to patients. Work in various departments including ICU, ER, Med-surg, and NICU. Familiarity with equipment such as Draeger vents, Hamilton vents, V60s, and High Flow. Perform procedures including nebulizers, ventilator management, CPAP/BIPAP, and Chest PT. Documentation will be carried out using the EMR Allscripts Sunrise system. Candidates should be prepared to float as needed. Skills in mechanical procedures are preferred. Professionalism in patient interactions is essential. This position involves caring for a diverse patient population, including adults and neonates. Staff will work within a comprehensive unit that prioritizes patient experience and quality care.
