Post-acute Wound Healing Specialist Solventum is a new healthcare company focused on improving lives and enabling healthcare professionals. We are looking for a consultative wound care expert to serve as the primary contact for post‑acute and transition‑of‑care decision makers. Impact You’ll Make As a Post-acute Wound Healing Specialist you will: Consult with clinicians on safe and effective use of Solventum products. Provide outpatient bedside support for product placement and dressing changes. Drive sustainable business growth by managing accounts and territories to meet sales targets. Identify and solve customer financial and clinical priorities. Educate clinicians on product usage, including servicing and billing documentation. Partner with prescribers to initiate therapy orders and secure required billing documentation. Build and maintain relationships with key clinical and economic stakeholders. Use clinical and economic evidence to advocate for and grow therapy adoption, including advanced solutions and new product introductions. Persuade stakeholders to support proposed solutions and products. Provide customer support and service. Demonstrate proficiency upon completing the sales training program. Leverage company software for planning, pipeline management, and utilization tracking. Represent Solventum at conferences, trade shows, and symposiums. Requirements Use of a personal vehicle for company business. Successful completion of a pre-hire motor vehicle record (MVR) review and ongoing eligibility compliance with Solventum’s driver policy, insurance requirements, and annual policy sign‑off. Current, valid driver’s license. Bachelor’s degree or higher with 2 years of sales, clinical, or related experience or High School Diploma/GED with 6 years of sales, clinical, or related experience. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Additional Qualifications Proven track record of sales quota & target attainment. Prior wound care, medical device, or DME sales/clinical experience. Strong customer relationships with key influencers (e.g., surgeons). Experience in territory management & business planning. Understanding of clinical value drivers across care areas. Knowledge of the U.S. health insurance and reimbursement landscape. Customer‑focused selling and closing skills. Experience navigating complex selling cycles. Completion of a formal sales training program. Experience using a CRM (e.g., Salesforce). Experience with new product introductions and the value analysis process. Outstanding data and analytical skills. Additional Requirements In this role you may be required to enter healthcare or other third‑party facilities. Those facilities may require certain licenses, vaccinations, and/or other credentials or qualifications (collectively “prerequisites to entry”). Solventum may share your information with the providers of medical screens, vaccinations, or verifications as needed. Compensation and Benefits Applicable to U.S. applicants only: The expected compensation range is $104,800 – $144,100 . This includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. The position may be eligible for a range of benefits, including medical, dental, vision, health savings accounts, flexible spending accounts, disability benefits, life insurance, voluntary benefits, paid absences, and retirement benefits. Work Location and Travel Remote work with field‑based travel up to 20% overnight, subject to territory. Relocation assistance may be authorized.
