Multi-Site Leasing Consultant - Cartersville, GA

Job Description Leasing Consultant executes the property’s marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy, revenue, and resident retention goals by performing all activities related to leasing new residents, delivering resident satisfaction, and securing lease renewals. Essential Responsibilities Perform all sales and leasing activities in person, including greeting, qualifying prospects, conducting tours, processing applications, credit and background checks, preparing lease and move‑in packages, and ensuring smooth resident move‑in and lease signing. Complete accounting, financial, administrative reports and other assigned duties. Design and execute off‑site marketing activities, including resident referral programs, employer outreach, internet marketing, and social media campaigns. Gather, analyze, and interpret market data, recommend improvements, and stay informed of industry changes. Enforce lease requirements: inspections, evictions, collections, notifications. Follow up with prospects and residents to ensure satisfaction and finalize lease or renewal decisions. Maintain safety, cleanliness, and appearance of the property; report equipment malfunctions and injuries. Resolve customer complaints and implement short‑ and long‑term marketing plans to sustain occupancy. Other duties as assigned. Work Hours and Environment 40‑hour work week. Typical hours: Monday–Friday 9 am–6 pm; Saturday 10 am–5 pm; Sunday 1 pm–5 pm (may vary by site). Must be available to work weekends when scheduled. Requirements Availability to work weekends and ability to perform essential functions unaccompanied. Experience in property management, sales, marketing, or customer service. High School Diploma or GED equivalent. Strong communication, presentation, and delivery skills. Proficiency in internet, word processing, spreadsheets, database programs, and property management software (Entrata, Yardi, One Site). Current, valid driver’s license. Physical ability to lift up to 20 lb independently and 50 lb with assistance; frequent standing, walking, and reaching. Routine local travel may be required. Benefits Two+ weeks of paid time off.
