Senior Manager – IT Delivery – New York, NY (hybrid) Compensation Expectation: $185k-200k What You’ll Do as a Senior Manager, IT Delivery Define and execute a technology roadmap aligned with HR and Legal Talent priorities Oversee end-to-end delivery across programs and projects, managing risks, dependencies, and timelines Ensure adherence to PMO governance and change management standards Serve as the primary liaison between IT and business stakeholders Translate business needs into scalable technology solutions Build strong relationships and ensure alignment on priorities and outcomes Track and communicate delivery progress, risks, and performance metrics Act as an escalation point for delivery and system-related issues Partner with internal teams and vendors to ensure high-quality delivery and support Ensure compliance with enterprise technology, security, and cloud standards Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes and user experience Qualifications 10–15 years of IT experience with a strong focus on delivery leadership Experience supporting HR systems and enterprise platforms Proven success leading large-scale, cross-functional technology initiatives Experience working in global environments Experience managing vendors and cross-functional teams Agile mindset with strong communication skills and executive presence Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or equivalent experience Preferred Skills Familiarity with HCM platforms, Microsoft 365, and Power Platform Exposure to AI/ML tools and emerging technologies Law firm or professional services experience is a plus This client requires that a background check be completed.
