Commercial repairs – Repair HVAC systems in large facilities. Preventive maintenance – Keep systems running smoothly and pre‑empt breakdowns. Mentorship – Share knowledge with the crew and help shape the next generation of HVAC pros. You Should Have 5+ years of HVAC experience, including chillers, boilers, RTUs, and more. Troubleshooting experience and a proactive mindset. Safety‑first mindset; prioritizes safety on all jobs. Team player and leader; able to rally the crew to get jobs done right.
