Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Director to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, graphic design, and event management. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to oversee and support our various locations.

• Develop and execute comprehensive communication strategies across multiple platforms, including social media, web content, and email campaigns.
• Design and produce engaging graphic content for marketing materials and online platforms.
• Manage and coordinate events and meetings, ensuring smooth execution and high engagement.
• Provide oversight and support to our other locations, ensuring consistent communication and branding.
• Utilize strong computer skills, including proficiency in Excel, to analyze data and generate reports.
• Work occasional weekends and evenings as required for events and meetings.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a communications or marketing role.
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Excel and graphic design software.
• Experience with social media management, email marketing, and web content creation.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work occasional weekends and evenings.

Salary: $45,000 - $60,000+ per year, with a bonus structure based on performance.
