About Us: Frozen Ropes is the premier destination for baseball and softball training in the Hudson Valley. We offer innovative training techniques and programs to help athletes excel in their sport. Our facility hosts a variety of sporting events and corporate outings, making us a hub for sports enthusiasts of all ages and skill levels.
Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Director to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, graphic design, and event management. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to oversee and support our various locations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive communication strategies across multiple platforms, including social media, web content, and email campaigns.
- Design and produce engaging graphic content for marketing materials and online platforms.
- Manage and coordinate events and meetings, ensuring smooth execution and high engagement.
- Provide oversight and support to our other locations, ensuring consistent communication and branding.
- Utilize strong computer skills, including proficiency in Excel, to analyze data and generate reports.
- Work occasional weekends and evenings as required for events and meetings.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a communications or marketing role.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Excel and graphic design software.
- Experience with social media management, email marketing, and web content creation.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work occasional weekends and evenings.
Salary: $45,000 - $60,000+ per year, with a bonus structure based on performance.
