Physical Therapist

Physical Therapist/PTA (New Graduates Welcome)- Hoboken, NJ

We are seeking a motivated and patient-focused Physical Therapist/PTA to join a fast-paced, collaborative outpatient clinic serving a highly active population. The clinic emphasizes individualized care, quality outcomes, and functional movement, working primarily with young, active patients recovering from sports-related and orthopedic conditions.

· Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with musculoskeletal, orthopedic, and sports-related conditions

· Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans

· Provide patient education focused on injury prevention, strength, and long-term mobility

· Collaborate with interdisciplinary professionals and fitness partners as appropriate

· Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

· Participate in community outreach and clinic initiatives as needed

· Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or PT degree from an accredited program

· Active New Jersey Physical Therapist license or eligibility for licensure

· New graduates are encouraged to apply

· Interest in sports rehabilitation, orthopedics, or performance-based therapy preferred

· Competitive base salary: $80,000 - $90,000
