Please share only local candidates.Job Overview: We are presently in the market for a Sr. Project Manager position with excellent communication, vendor management, application development and software package implementations experience. Please note this is not a remote position and requires the candidate to be on-site at our Deerfield Beach, Florida campus.Required Skills/Experience:Executive presence and effective communicationMust be able to clearly articulate project updates to stakeholders and members of the senior leadership teamMust possess a strong presence with confidence and polishExcellent planning and coordination skillsWaterfall and Agile MethodologyMust have strong experience running waterfall, agile and hybrid projects, aligning processes, deliverables and project metrics/dashboards/reports as neededExperience with various dependent projects potentially being executed with different methodologiesVendor ManagementExperience with Vendor contracts managementExperience with and Vendor package implementationsStrong experience in managing internal, external and hybrid teamsTechnicalPrior experience managing technology roadmap projectsGeneral knowledge and understanding of the technology field and technology projectsUnderstanding of core infrastructureKey Responsibilities:Manage projects that involve multiple vendors and complex integrationsFacilitate the definition of project scope, goals and deliverablesDevelop and track full scale project plans including external integration points and dependenciesEstablish and coordinate project teamsDirect and oversee the project teamDefine project tasks and manage project resource allocationManage project budgetsIdentify project risks and issues and develop and execute mitigation plansManage project changes to achieve project goalsMonitor and report project status to all stakeholdersProvide guidance and direction to external vendors as applicableParticipate in quality auditsDevelop Requests for Information/ Proposals (RFI/RFP) for external services as applicableDemonstrate leadership, and strong organizational, presentation and communication skillsEducation and Experience:Bachelor's Degree or higher requiredProject Management Professional (PMP)(FROM PMI) requiredScrum Master Certification a plusMinimum 5 years of project management experienceExperience with vendor management and vendor package implementationsProficiency with Microsoft Office applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and ProjectExperience with Microsoft Project, ServiceNow, and Azure DevOps a plusStrong technical background a plusCertification or a degree in computer science, information systems or engineering a plus
