Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Production Manager to oversee and coordinate our production operations. The right candidate will be responsible for ensuring that manufacturing processes run smoothly, efficiently, and deliver products that meet our quality standards. This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and Implement Production Plans and Schedules to Meet Demand while Optimizing Resources. 
2. Coordinate with Departments like Sales and Procurement, 
3. Manage Inventory, 
4. Monitor Production Progress, 
5. Analyze Data to Improve Efficiency, 
6. Ensure Quality and Safety Standards are Met, 
7. Report Status to Management. 
8. Focus will be Mold Room.
9. Monitor Production Goals.

Qualifications:

1. One Year Management Experience.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
3. Strong Communication Skills
