Contract | Days | 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care on a 14-bed Medical-Surgical unit
• Manage a patient assignment at a 1:5 nurse-to-patient ratio
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate patient care and discharge planning
• Accurately document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes in the medical record

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Oklahoma or compact license eligibility
• Current BLS certification
• Prior experience in a Medical-Surgical nursing setting

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in an acute care inpatient environment
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) documentation systems
