Additional compensation components may be applicable such as bonuses or incentives which may or may not be based on metric achievement.\n \n\nQualifications\n\n\nREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS\n\n Physician Licensed to practice medicine in current state.\n Licensed by the Federal Drug Enforcement Administration and the State of Illinois to prescribe narcotics, if applicable.\n Board certified or board eligible in the appropriate specialty(ies).
