RISE Community Services is seeking an Office Support Specialist Team Lead to manage recruitment processes and provide on-the-job coaching for individuals with disabilities. You will work closely with HR, hiring managers, and department heads to hire staff and volunteers and support their successful onboarding. This hourly full-time role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and empathy.
