Director of Nursing

Gulfstream Staffing has partnered with a Skilled Nursing organization located in Manchester, NH. We are currently seeking candidates for a full-time Director of Nursing opportunity. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing leadership, a commitment to high-quality care, and a passion for serving our community.

Position : Director of Nursing

Location : Manchester, NH

Duties:

• Oversee the daily operations of the nursing department to ensure high standards of care and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures that promote optimal patient outcomes and satisfaction.
• Manage and mentor nursing staff, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.

Qualifications:

• Valid RN license in the state of New Hampshire.
• Minimum of 5 years of nursing experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing; Master's degree preferred.
