Registered Nurse Labor and Delivery

Role Overview This position is for a Registered Nurse responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care using evidence-based practices and technology. Key Responsibilities Perform comprehensive assessments of patients' physical, social, and psychological needs. Develop individualized care plans involving patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams. Coordinate and delegate care activities, ensuring adherence to guidelines and professional standards. Monitor patient responses to interventions and adjust care plans accordingly. Promote professionalism by complying with legal, ethical, and regulatory standards, and maintaining accurate documentation. Qualifications & Skills Current RN license and BLS certification. Strong communication, critical thinking, patient care coordination, and documentation skills. Ability to assess patient needs and collaborate effectively with healthcare teams.
