This role is responsible for accurately selecting merchandise based on store orders and preparing items for shipment. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and value accuracy and efficiency, this is a great opportunity for you!**Responsibilities*** Pick merchandise according to store orders, ensuring accuracy in item location, description, and quantity.* Place items on pallets or conveyors using safe lifting techniques.* Secure pallets with tape and shrink wrap for transport.* Maintain a clean and organized work area by following all safety guidelines.* Assist with general housekeeping to keep aisles clear of debris.* Participate in training for additional warehouse duties.**Qualifications*** Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.* 0–2 years of warehouse or picking experience preferred.**Education*** High school diploma or equivalent required.**Benefits*** Competitive pay.* Health, dental, and vision insurance options.* Holiday differential.* Employee discount program.* Opportunities for growth and advancement.**Anticipated Weekly Hours**40**Time Type**Full time**Pay Range**The typical pay range for this role is:$16.00 - $28.84This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.
