Job Description

Our team is interviewing to fill open Casual dining Restaurant General Manager positions in the Paducah, Kentucky area.

We are looking for Restaurant General Managers who are motivated, honest, and reliable. Our Restaurant Manager is to lead all aspects of our business. You will deliver a high-quality menu and motivate our staff to provide excellent customer service. Restaurant General Manager responsibilities include maintaining the restaurant’s revenue, profitability and quality goals, ensuring efficient restaurant operation.

To be successful in this role, you’ll need management skills and experience in both front and back of the house .

We want you to know how to oversee the dining room, check-in with customers and balance seating capacity. Back of the house management experience is essential, as you’ll hire qualified Cooks and Wait Staff, set work schedules, oversee food prep and make sure we comply with health and safety restaurant regulations. We’ll expect you to lead by example and uplift your team during busy moments in our fast-paced environment. Ultimately, you will ensure our restaurant runs smoothly and customers have pleasant dining experiences.

Beginning base salary range of $75-80K

Requirements of our Restaurant General Manager:

3+ years of restaurant General Manager experience
Serve Safe certification
Must operate with a hands-on leadership style
Must be skilled in overall restaurant COG’s control
Must understand how to lead a team in delivering excellent guest service
Pass a Background check/ drug test

To be successful in this role, you’ll need solid fast casual or casual dining restaurant General Manager experience in both front and back of the house restaurant management operations. We want you to know how to oversee the dining room, check-in with customers and balance seating capacity. Back of the house restaurant management experience is also a plus, as you’ll hire qualified BOH and FOH teams, set work schedules, oversee food prep and make sure we comply with health and safety restaurant regulations.
