As a Restaurant Manager, you’ll play a key role in making your location a rewarding place to work. You will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the restaurant to ensure the provision of quality food in a clean, safe, and efficient manner, providing guests with an enjoyable experience at SONIC Drive-In. Responsibilities include: Training, supervising, managing, directing, and developing team members to deliver a Super SONIC experience. Ensuring guest satisfaction to encourage repeat business. Helping employees understand the big picture and their roles by sharing the “why” behind tasks. Celebrating team successes and coaching for improved performance. Setting clear expectations and providing ongoing feedback during shifts. Creating a positive, upbeat atmosphere that makes work enjoyable. Maintaining and enforcing SONIC safety and sanitation standards. Complying with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
