Job Summary
As Sr. Director Human Resources – Integrated Electronics (IE) you will lead the Talent Agenda across five IE manufacturing sites and the IE Program Management function. You will work with the SVP, IE and VP Operations, IE, and the VP, HR – Aerospace and Defense to develop and execute IE’s HR strategy, supporting business objectives and driving transformation initiatives in organizational development, planning, leadership development, succession planning, and employee relations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership in change leadership, organizational design, effectiveness and talent management.
- Co‑lead IE initiatives in talent, performance and other priority focus areas as prioritized by leadership and Corporate HR.
- Design and execute business imperatives: growth, margin improvement, and acquisition integration.
- Act as a cultural steward, leading change initiatives that underpin company culture.
- Manage projects, communications and peer collaborative efforts on strategy, key processes and special projects.
- Support Talent Management and Succession Planning processes and build a sustainable organization within the ONE TTM context.
- Drive, track and reinforce a culture of responsiveness, accountability and customer centricity.
- Coach HR managers, evaluate and share best practices, and foster a strong collaborative team dynamic.
- Collaborate with Corporate HR to strengthen and standardize HR policies, processes and activities, ensuring compliance with legislation and best practices.
- Keep abreast of labor market developments and recommend effective acquisition, motivation and retention programs.
- Partner with talent acquisition to proactively meet staffing needs, evaluated and optimized for service delivery, quality and cost.
- Take on additional responsibilities as assigned by the Company.
Required Experience, Knowledge and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- 10+ years of experience handling the full spectrum of HR disciplines in manufacturing, with multi‑state/site operations.
- Professional certification by HRCI or SHRM strongly preferred.
- Knowledge of U.S., NY, NH, CT and CO employment laws and their implications.
- Strong business acumen and executive presence.
- Well organized, detail‑oriented and self‑driven.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- High integrity and willingness to challenge the status quo to drive change.
- Professional facilitation skills.
- Manufacturing background is a must.
- Critical experience in employee relations.
- Aerospace and Defense industry experience preferred.
- Self‑starter, accomplished doer, and highly energetic with a player‑coach mindset that requires both strategy and tactics.

Work Location
This position is remote‑eligible. The incumbent should be located near one of the IE plants (Denver, CO; Syracuse, NY; Farmingdale, NY; Stafford Springs, CT; Salem, NH) and must travel frequently for business.
Compensation and Benefits
TTM offers health and well‑being benefit programs – medical, dental, vision, 401(k), flexible spending, health savings accounts, accident benefits, life insurance, disability benefits, paid vacation and holidays. Benefits start the month following hire. Compensation ranges for roles at TTM vary based on skills, experience, and business needs. Annually for this role, the compensation estimate ranges between $146,399 and $271,883. Additional compensation may include an annual or quarterly company bonus and, for alternative shift hires, a shift premium.

Must comply with TTM Export Control Policies and Procedures and applicable ITAR, EAR, and OFAC mandates, including mandatory ITAR mandate compliance for manufacturing and sourcing of export‑controlled objects.
