Now Hiring: Infusion Nurse (RN) – Home Health Service Areas: North Dallas, University Park, Frisco Immediate Opportunities in Carrollton/Frisco

Are you a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse looking to grow your career in home health care? BrightStar Care of Frisco/Carrollton is actively seeking a dedicated Infusion Nurse to join our award-winning team. You’ll have the opportunity to provide personalized, high-quality care to patients in the comfort of their homes — with a focus on infusion therapy and travel primarily within North Dallas, University Park, and Frisco.

Competitive Pay Rates:

Infusion Visits: $90 for the first 2 hours, then $40/hour

Orientation/Training/Meetings: $20/hour

Key Responsibilities:

Provide safe and effective infusion therapy and other skilled nursing services

Implement care plans with strong clinical judgment

Accurately document patient care using electronic health records

Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care in home environments

✅ Qualifications:

Active and unrestricted Texas RN license

Wound care experience is required

At least 1 year of nursing experience in home health or clinical setting

Pediatric experience preferred

Must be available Saturdays and on-call Sundays

Must be available at least 1 weekday

Current CPR certification

Valid driver’s license and auto insurance

TB test within 1 year (or chest X-ray within 5 years)

Able to lift 50+ lbs
