Collections Escalation Lead Analyst

Position Summary Deloitte’s Global Finance Services team is seeking a Collections Escalation Lead Analyst to support the resolution of aged receivables and complex collection matters across a global stakeholder network. In this role, you will help drive timely resolution of non-payment issues, coordinate with internal teams and external parties, and support consistent debtor management processes. This is an opportunity to contribute to a high-performing finance organization focused on operational discipline, compliance, and service excellence.Work you'll doAs a Collections Escalation Lead Analyst on the Global Finance Services team, you will be responsible for:Investigating and resolving non-payment issues for invoices that have exceeded payment terms and require escalation beyond standard collection processesContacting internal and external clients by phone and email to support collection of aged invoices and drive issue resolutionCoordinating with internal stakeholders and solicitors to support legal debt recovery proceedings and required documentationProviding status updates, issues, and action items to stakeholders, including participation in recurring meetingsResolving accounts receivable inquiries in a timely, professional, and efficient manner while following debtor management policies, procedures, and business rulesA successful candidate would possess these skills:Ability to work independently and collaborate as part of a teamEffective written and verbal communication skillsMeticulous attention to detail and quality of work productAbility to build and sustain professional relationshipsAbility to lead projects or workstreamsAbility to manage and prioritize multiple tasks as well as meet deadlines, in a fast-paced and dynamic environmentAbility to provide clear guidance to othersThe teamGlobal Finance Services uses the latest technology and insights to provide Deloitte with a fully managed, global financial solution.
