Territory Sales Manager

Waste Masters is hiring a driven, results-oriented Territory Sales Manager to build and grow a book of business within an assigned territory. This is a field-based role focused onprospecting, relationship building, and closing new business in a competitive, essential service industry. What You'll Do: * Generate new business throughprospecting,cold calling, and in-person visits * Build and manage a consistent, active sales pipeline * Conduct site evaluations and present tailoredwaste and recycling solutions * Negotiate and close service agreements * Partner with operations andcustomer serviceto ensure seamless customer experience * Maintain accurate pipeline, activity, and account data inSalesforce What It Takes to Succeed: * Comfort withprospectingand outbound activity * Strong ownership of pipeline and results * Consistency, discipline, and follow-through * Ability to manage time and territory independently This role rewards individuals who are proactive, competitive, and motivated by performance.
