Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking a travel Outpatient Physical Therapist for a travel job in Peyton, Colorado.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Resume required for submission

Assignment Details

• One-on-one treatment model with no double booking
• Approximately 12 patients per day
