Job Opportunity: Registered Nurse - Emergency Department
Our organization is looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse to join the dynamic Emergency Department in El Paso. This role is situated within a comprehensive acute care environment where you will deliver swift assessments, triage, and evidence-based treatment to a variety of emergency and trauma patients.
Key Responsibilities- Administer medications and monitor cardiac activity and vital signs.
- Execute provider orders efficiently and collaborate with physicians and allied health professionals.
- Facilitate patient and family education to enhance understanding and care.
- Maintain safety and infection control protocols to ensure a secure environment.
- Document all relevant information in the Electronic Medical Record (EMR).
- Contribute to a compassionate, patient-centered culture while engaging in continuous clinical development.
- Current Registered Nurse license.
- Experience in an emergency or acute care setting is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
This position involves working in a high-energy emergency department, requiring the ability to respond quickly to various medical situations and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
