Technical WriterCGI Federal is seeking a Management Technical Writer to support EOIR/AD in Falls Church, VA.Your future duties and responsibilities: Assist administrative leadership by crafting clear and professional internal and external communications, including standard operating procedures (SOPs) and operational documentation. Draft and edit executive communications, memoranda, and announcements. Create templates utilizing MS Word and Outlook. Develop and write standard operating procedures (SOPs). Perform technical writing tasks.Required qualifications to be successful in this role: Bachelor's degree. Minimum of four years of experience in process improvement or quality assurance. Advanced proficiency with MS Visio for creating flowcharts, process maps, and diagrams. Advanced proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite Hourly Rate: $47.03/hour CGI is required by law in some jurisdictions to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. The determination of this range includes various factors including but not limited to: skill set level, relevant experience and training, and licensure and certifications. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
