Excel Equipment, Virginia’s premier CASE construction equipment dealer, is seeking a skilled Heavy Equipment Diesel Mechanic to join their team in Ashland, VA . Openings for mobile and in-shop mechanics! If you have experience repairing heavy equipment or construction equipment, Excel Equipment wants to hear from you. Experience repairing CASE equipment is a plus. Responsibilities Demonstrate previous successful mechanic experience Repair and maintain heavy equipment, including compliance with OSHA regulations Work with Ag/Construction equipment knowledge of transmissions, engines, fuel systems, hydraulics, and electrical systems Read, understand, and interpret electrical and hydraulic schematics and manufacturer service manuals Troubleshoot breakdowns and diagnose issues Apply strong analytical skills and attention to detail with a sense of urgency Work in varying weather conditions Operate vehicles and equipment used for diagnostic purposes Communicate effectively with manager, co-workers, and clients All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, sex, national origin, religion, age, disability, genetic information, status as a military veteran or any other characteristic protected by applicable law. #J-18808-Ljbffr
