Candidate Pay Rate: $55 - $38.5 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Implement individualized treatment plans developed by supervising Physical Therapists
- Deliver evidence-based interventions to improve mobility, strength, and functional independence
- Track patient progress and communicate changes to the supervising therapist
- Educate patients and families on exercises, mobility techniques, and safety
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and the rehab team for top-notch care
- Maintain accurate documentation in line with facility and regulatory standards
Qualifications
- Active Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license in Illinois
- Associate degree from an accredited PTA program
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- SNF experience preferred but not required
- Strong clinical skills and a passion for patient care
Education
- Associate Degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
