Join our team as a Speech Language Pathologist to be a part of our mission to make a difference.This position will support clients in the Columbia, SC, Florence, SC, and Sumter, SC clinics.Our high value rewards package:Up to 25 paid holiday and personal days off in year oneDailyPay: Access your money when you want it!401k plan with matching contributionsIndustry-leading 360 You™ benefits program.Employee Referral ProgramUp to 90% off higher education (degrees, certifications) and test preparation for you and your familyCertain benefits may vary based on your employment status.What you'll do in this role:Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations and assessmentsDevelop and implement individualized treatment plans for a diverse pediatric caseloadTreat a variety of disorders including articulation, fluency, voice, receptive/expressive language, feeding, and social communicationCollaborate closely with caregivers and an interdisciplinary team to ensure holistic, coordinated careWork in clinic settings, and potentially in-home or community settings as neededContribute to client documentation including evaluations, progress notes, treatment plans, and discharge summariesPartner with ABA and behavioral support staff on AAC device assessments and implementationWe are looking for compassionate Speech Language Pathologist with:Master's degree or higher in the area of speech-language pathology or communication disorders from an accredited institutionSpeech Language Pathologist holding a Certificate in Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC) in good standing with ASHA, preferredCurrent licensure or eligible for licensure for the state in which you work requiredKnowledge of HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act) practices and the ASHA ethical code with strict adherence to these policiesValid drivers license with reliable transportationAbility to move freely, quickly, and frequently from a seated position (on the floor or in a chair) to a standing position as well as the ability to lift items up to 50 lbs. on occasionWe are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
