The Senior Design Engineer transforms customer needs into actionable solutions through system design and detailed documentation. You will work closely with sales team members, including Account Managers, to understand client requirements, identify potential risks and communicate with stakeholders. The Senior Design Engineer is a highly skilled technical leader responsible for driving the successful creation of complex AV system designs. In this role, you will leverage deep expertise and specialized knowledge to tackle the most challenging design projects, ensuring solutions are innovative, feasible, and aligned with customer needs and business goals. As a Senior Design Engineer, you will act as a mentor and technical guide, providing oversight and support to junior and mid-level engineers. You will work independently on the most complex designs, take ownership of design accuracy, and provide critical input to project stakeholders. This role requires a proactive problem solver who adeptly balances customer expectations with technical and business requirements, all while shaping and improving design standards and processes across the team.
