Description

• Conduct evaluations for patients in both inpatient and outpatient environments while crafting customized treatment protocols
• Deliver physical therapy strategies aimed at improving mobility, strength, balance, and overall function
• Work in partnership with nurses, physicians, case managers, and other rehabilitation experts to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Inform patients and their families about therapeutic objectives, discharge strategies, and home exercise routines
• Maintain documentation of evaluations, treatments, and progress in accordance with facility and regulatory standards
• Engage in care team discussions and interdisciplinary meetings to guarantee coordinated patient care

Education

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or a comparable degree obtained from an accredited institution

Certifications

• Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist
• CPR certification is preferred
