We are currently seeking a Field Service Technician for our client in the Manufacturing of Electric Power Products domain. Duration: Full-time

Location: Northern VA and Quincy, WA

Salary: $35.00-$37.00/Hourly

Role: Field Service Technician

Primary Skills: Engineering

Role Description: The Field Service Technician must have 5+ years of experience. For this role, you must be a dynamic Field Service Technician II to perform comprehensive service support activities for single and three-phase Uninterruptible Power Supplies (UPS) and associated peripherals. This role involves troubleshooting, repair, and scheduled technical service to ensure customers receive reliable, world-class support.

Responsibilities:

- Deliver On-Site Support: Perform start-up services, preventative and remedial maintenance, field modifications, and testing of power quality products directly at customer sites.

- Be the Go-To Expert: Provide technical support to internal and external customers, including third-party service organizations and end users, ensuring issues are resolved quickly and effectively.

- Diagnose and Document: Inspect, test, and document failed products, components, and systems prior to their return to the factory, detailing defects and operational status.

- Stay Ready for Emergencies: Schedule and provide on-call emergency technical support and field service, ensuring customer operations are always protected.

Education: Bachelor’s degree

Experience: Minimum 5+ years of experience

Relocation: This position will not cover relocation expenses

Note: Must be able to work on a W2 basis (No C2C)
