PMO Support, Strategy, Growth, and Transformation Consultant

Work You'll Do

As a Consultant, Strategy Transformation on the Supply Chain & Network Operations team, you will be responsible for supporting OIB modernization initiatives that improve operational efficiency and readiness.

• Support modernization efforts across manufacturing, maintenance, and repair operations
• Analyze supply chain, procurement, maintenance, and enterprise data to identify business insights and support decision-making
• Assist with planning, coordination, and execution of concurrent program management office initiatives
• Support stakeholder engagement activities, status reporting, and facilitation of meetings across client and project teams
• Contribute to business process improvement efforts related to technology modernization and operational sustainability

Qualifications

Required :

• Bachelor's degree
• 1+ years of experience in stakeholder engagement planning
• Active Secret security clearance required
• Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
• Ability to work onsite 5 days a week in Huntsville, Alabama
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

Preferred:

• Experience supporting Organic Industrial Base modernization initiatives
• Experience supporting federal or Department of Defense clients
• Experience with supply chain or logistics operations
• Experience working with enterprise resource planning, maintenance, or procurement data
• Experience supporting business process improvement initiatives
• Experience preparing project status reporting and stakeholder meeting materials
