About the Role As an in-store leader, you will: Delegate, Train, and Monitor: Guide and support our associates across all facets of the hardware store. Manage Sales, Expenses, and Profits: Ensure the store operates efficiently and meets financial goals. Development: Foster the growth and development of yourself and your team members. Customer Service Excellence: Create an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. What We’re Looking For Experience: At least 2 years of retail management experience. Leadership Roles Available: Shift Manager, Assistant Manager, and Store Manager positions. Physical Requirements: Ability to lift 50 pounds consistently and stand/walk for up to 8 hours during shifts.
