Senior HR Director: Strategy, Culture & Talent Growth

Mohawk Industries is seeking a Sr. Director Human Resources to guide HR strategy across multiple North American locations, including Mexicali. This role reports to senior leadership and oversees a team of HR professionals, driving organizational effectiveness and talent strategy for roughly 1,000 employees. The ideal candidate has extensive HR leadership experience, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to influence senior leaders. Travel about 10% is expected as part of the role.
