A strong background in precision machining and pride in producing high‑quality work is essential. This role offers a 2nd‑shift differential.

JOB SUMMARY

Set up and operate multi‑die progressive headers to manufacture precision aircraft‑quality fasteners. Essential Duties, Responsibilities and Competencies Read and interpret documents (blueprints, drawings, or manufacturing work orders) to determine tools and materials needed to produce products to precision tolerance and aircraft specification. Set up and operate, on a production basis, all assigned headers and related products, including settings and adjustments to produce parts to specifications. Select, mount, and align tooling attachments and materials in proper order and relationship. Make all necessary adjustments to produce parts of acceptable quality. Load machines with raw material and monitor production run using measuring devices such as comparators, micrometers, calipers, and other inspection gauges. Rework and direct reworking of tooling as needed. Keep accurate statistical process control records for each job manufactured and adjust during the production run as SPC data directs. Meet and maintain all productivity levels and quality requirements to support departmental goals and schedules. Provide training to departmental personnel for all aspects of machine set‑up and operation. Perform minor preventative maintenance on assigned machines. Perform record keeping, data entry, housekeeping, and follow safety regulations. On‑site: This role is required to be on‑site 5 days at the City of Industry, CA location. Qualifications – Education and/or Experience Experience in heading aircraft‑quality fasteners on multi‑die machines is required (4‑ and 5‑die progressive header). High school diploma or GED preferred. Compensation Pay range: $24.00 – $46.00 per hour. Compensation may vary based on qualifications, skills, experience, and geographic location. Some roles may qualify for additional incentives such as equity, commissions, or other variable performance‑related bonuses.
